OUR PROCESS
We begin by accessing your budget. From here our company will show you photos that fit that price. We usually recommend selecting all of your desired materials first. This includes flooring, paint colors, faucets, tile, appliances, etc. From here the contracting company can give accurate pricing and time table. This allows you to decorate easily. Square foot pricing goes down as square footage increases.
OPTIONS
Depending on a clients budget a remodel can be achieved two ways. Budget conscience – this is a light remodel. Such as painting, roll vinyl flooring, and new lights. Usually no moving of electrical or plumbing. Moderate remodel – this may include all of the above plus, new vanity and toilet. Heavy remodel – this is when the contractor fully guts every thing in the area and even moves some walls.
PRICING
We charge by the square foot or access and difficulty. Prices primarily have two parts….labor and material. Prices fluctuate because material prices change seasonally. Change orders – this is when the customer request adding or changing a previous request. This changes the completion time line and price to install. This is common…..but always watch the final budget.
