OUR PROCESS
We begin by accessing your damage. We may even request photos before arriving on site. This allows for proper research and options and prices. From here we can provide a rough estimate to see if hiring a contractor is in the budget.
OPTIONS
Sam’s Home Repair offers two repair options. One is a patch or temporary repair. This may include wood filler, metal covering, caulking or a simple wood patch. The second is a replacement. This wood repair may include replacing an entire section of wood.

PRICING
We charge by the square foot or access and difficulty. A repair on the roof area is more costly than a repair on the ground. Prices primarily have two parts….labor and material. Labor is about the same percentage as material. ...50/50. Prices fluctuate because wood prices change seasonally. .
